NEITHER
A Battle
This is an office lunch-break quicky, or at least that’s what it was meant to be. In the end I took my time fiddling with fine details and it ended up taking, like, four hours or so.
I didn’t have anything particular in mind when I started sketching; the fact that, when I’m drawing freely, I always tend to something war-related might mean that inside I’m more belligerent than I’d like to think.
Or perhaps the reason I’m so peaceful is that I keep my primitive lizard-part of the brain in check with cathartic war scenes.
Anyway, there are some things I would change in the composition right now but all in all I think it’s not that bad.
